Rental Rules
We ask that you respect out home by following these few rules.
- Check-in is 3:00PM
- Check-out is 10:00AM
- Balance of rental and security deposit is required before check-in.
- No pets
- No smoking
- No parking or driving on grass
- No guests without prior arrangements
- Turn off TVs when not in use
- No ordering pay-per-view movies
- Please return boats as you found them
- Turn off hot tub jets & cover when not is use
- Please rinse off - wash feet before entering hot tub.
- The home features 3 large flat screen TVS and DVD players and an expansive movie collection for your viewing pleasure. Please do not allow children to operate the TV's. The primary Guest is responsible for the care and use of all of our video and electronic equipment as well as all the remotes. Missing remotes are subject to a $100 penalty each and will be assessed to your credit card.
